We don't need new models, we need better communication
AI is replacing humans, doing their job in the future. And you believed it. And they use it. How do I know it's fake.
The structure. Each and every company is different. There are different people, true. But even the same people behaves differently in different environments. It's the communication that makes company to raise or to fall.
Autonomy requires communication
The idea of autonomous systems that can run without humans doesn't exist yet. Instead of doing heavy thinking people are managing dozens of tabs pretending they are productive. Acting as a glue. It doesn't scale. How do I know? I've been a "glue" for too long in my career. Making things done, preventing projects to collapse. I ended burned out, exhausted, demotivated. Because nobody wants to be a mental janitor, fixing problems everyone else was too lazy to fix.
Why am I sure agents are not coming for our jobs? Because these are unable to communicate effectively.
I went to learn A2A (agent to agent) to find out the adoption is very low. A couple of platforms has it. It's a spec sitting out there with a bunch of SDKs. That's it. No support in popular platforms that makes it easy to configure, run and experiment.
The h2a (human to agent) communication is slow. Text based. Talking, okay, right. Do you know why many people hate voice messages? Because other people are unable to spill reasonable sentences in full within a 20 seconds. And it takes minutes. What's effective about that?
We, humans, survived and developed because of text based information. Now nobody has time to write nor read. So we ask machine to write longer, so the recipient can use the same machine to read a short summary. Wasting so many resources to look smarter, showing how dumb we are.
Back to the topic: without cross agent communication we won't achieve the desired state. And we don't need more capable models for that. We need more standards! That's why I've created checklist specs and will use it for building cross-agent execution platform.
